James is a Organisational Change expert, backed by over 16 years of deep recruitment experience in local and international markets.
James is driven to find the perfect match at all times, it’s his mission to become the “go to” OCM recruiter for both clients and candidates.
He has a pedigree recruitment background working with large IT recruitment firms in regional offices in the UK, specialising in the Systems Testing and Business Analysis markets. He was then approached to establish and manage the contract division of a new London based recruitment firm where he focussed on the Digital and New Media sectors.
Relocating to Sydney in 2009, James’ ability to understand complex briefs and attract top tier talent led him into the Organisational Change sector. With over seven years’ experience in this market, James has built an extensive network of highly skilled OCM contacts and a reputation as a recruiter who truly understands the Change Management sector.
Outside of work James used to have hobbies and a social life but that has now been replaced with a wife, 3 kids and a dog. This doesn’t leave time for much else and he wouldn’t have it any other way!
